If you want to have a reliable discussion group and mailing list, I suggest Yahoo groups.
Well, it was fun while it lasted. Once they did their pogrom and lost half their users , you know they weren't an attractive property for any other company to buy. Such a company is looking for the highest number of eyeballs on the screen, and Tribe became too small.
